Following closing we can assist you with setting up your Mortgage Portal/payment processing, POA upload, Insurance, HOA Transfer, and authorizations in your own name. This process requires close follow up and can take 30-60 days - so let us help make the after close process easier for you!

Leave the hassle to us! We will arrange servicing through a third-party provider that supports autopay. We’ll handle the setup efficiently to ensure there are no missed payments during the transition period as your new servicer becomes fully operational.

From electric and water to gas and internet, we’ll transfer all your services into your name—so your new property is all set up and ready to go!
