RUSH (2-3 Week closing)

In order to do our best to help you close in a hurry we need to prioritize the deal. Rush fee occurs when COE is within 2-3 weeks.

Following closing we can assist you with setting up your Mortgage Portal/payment processing, POA upload, Insurance, HOA Transfer, and authorizations in your own name. This process requires close follow up and can take 30-60 days - so let us help make the after close process easier for you!

Leave the hassle to us! We will arrange servicing through a third-party provider that supports autopay. We’ll handle the setup efficiently to ensure there are no missed payments during the transition period as your new servicer becomes fully operational.
