We’re Maddy and Kyle, the husband-and-wife team behind First Choice Transaction Coordinator.
Kyle works as a Realtor with a passion for serving small to mid cap investors. He has expressed an increasing need for top tier transaction coordination tailored to scaling real estate investors who are tasked with juggling and keeping all of the plates spinning in their real estate business. We decided to combine our professional experiences and created First Choice TC Services. Based right here in the heart of the Midwest, we started this business with a shared goal: to provide dependable, detail-driven transaction coordination that investors can count on to keep deals flowing smoothly and with care.

Hello! I am the CEO and Lead Transaction Coordinator at First Call TC Services.
I started out my career path in education. ​I hold a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and I spent several years working as a special education teacher—an environment that demands high-level organization, problem-solving, clear communication, and time management. Transitioning from education to real estate coordination wasn’t just a career shift—it was an opportunity to apply my strengths in a way that supports others behind the scenes.

As the lead coordinator at First Choice, I specialize in working with real estate investors, agents, and teams who need a trusted partner to manage their paperwork and deadlines with precision. My background has prepared me to thrive in high-pressure situations, always delivering with accuracy and professionalism. I understand what’s at stake in every deal, and I take pride in being the calm, consistent presence that keeps everything on track. I’m Kyle Koelbl, the Real Estate and Investor Specialist at First Choice TC Services. I work closely alongside my wife, our Lead Transaction Coordinator, to ensure every file is handled with care and accuracy. My role is to offer technical support, be proactive in problem-solving, and provide general recommendations as a licensed real estate professional. I help make sure no detail is overlooked.
With a degree in Finance and years of experience as a reputable real estate agent in our area, I bring extensive knowledge in real estate, investment strategy, and financial analysis to the team.​ My background in finance gives me a deep understanding of the numbers behind every transaction, and my time as an investor focused agent has taught me how to navigate the fast-paced, detail-driven world of real estate. I know what’s required to close deals efficiently—and what it takes to support agents and investors at every stage of the process.​
